"OP-03202 Object already exists" errors do not appear in APP UI as expected

Question

When I attempt to create any object using the Add New button and provide as object name that already exists, I do not receive the expected OP-03202 error. Even though the duplicate object does not get created when hitting SAVE button, users are confused since it appears as if nothing has happened.
