Problem
Users are not able to view RTC reports generated from RRDI unless they click on "Show all contents" when using Internet Explorer 9
Symptom
When users open reports which are generated from RRDI from RTC Web UI, Internet Explorer generates "Only secure content is displayed" message and prohabits displaying neccessary contents
