Resolving The Problem
EZZ7814I
In case of this particular error, TCP/IP was not fully initialized before OMPROUTE was started. You should delay starting OMPROUTE until TCPIP is fully initialized by using AUTOLOG or an automation utility program. If using the OSPF protocol in OMPROUTE, see subtopic "Autolog considerations for OMPROUTE when using the OSPF protocol" in topic "Steps for configuring OMPROUTE" in the z/OS Communications Server IP Configuration Guide.

The OMPROUTE configuration file could not be found according to the search hierarchy as follows:
1. The MVS data set or z/OS UNIX file specified on the OMPCFG DD statement in the OMPROUTE started procedure
2. The MVS data set or z/OS UNIX file specified by the OMPROUTE_FILE environment variable
3. /etc/omproute.conf
4. hlq.ETC.OMPROUTE.CONF
Check the search hierarchy for the existence of the OMPROUTE configuration file. Code the configuration file if one does not exist. For more information, see "Steps for configuring OMPROUTE" in z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration Guide.
