Troubleshooting
Problem
Any batch committed to the IBM FileNet Capture Shared Content Engine Repository will encounter an error with: Capture ContentEngine RIL Error ObjectStore 'SaveBatch' operation failed for all documents in the Capture batch 'xxxxxxxx'. HResult: 0x800710d9 Unable to read from or write to the database.
Symptom
When the batch is committed, it takes a couple of minutes before control returns with the error dialog box.
