Troubleshooting
Problem
I logon to my PC by User account of Users Authority. I started IBM Text Analytics for Surveys for Japanese 4.0. And, the following messages was displayed when I extracted. [Message] null Detailed error: Internal error during keyword extraction. Error code: -1305 However, If I logon to my PC by User account of Administrators Authority, this issue didn't occurred. The extract process was success.
Resolving The Problem
This problem has been reported to IBM SPSS Development and is scheduled to be fixed in a future FixPack of Text Analytics for Surveys - Workaround Available
Workaround
[Windows XP]
Please login Administrators authorty's User account in your PC.
And, you can extract keyword when you clicked extract button.
[Windows Vista/Windows 7]
1. Logon Administrator authority's user account into your PC.
2. Click [Start > All Programs > IBM SPSS Text Analytics for Surveys Japanese 4].
3. Right click [IBM SPSS Text Analytics for Surveys Japanese 4] and click [Properties] in pull down menu.
4. Click Compatibility tab.
5. Set [Run this program as an administrator] in Privilege Level and Click [Change settings for all users] button.
6. Set [Run this program as an administrator] in Privilege Level in [Compatibility for all users] tab.
7. Click OK button twice. Properties window close.
8. Log off in your PC.
9. Logon User authority's user account into your PC.
You can extract keyword when you clicked extract button.
