Problem
NSF locks accumulate and can prevent new connections to the database server. onstat -g ath output shows threads in a state like these: 305509 700000478eef028 70000048b83ae80 1 mutex wait nsf.lock 9cpu* sqlexec 305510 7000004ff788d20 70000048b85ac10 1 mutex wait nsf.lock 3cpu sqlexec
