The Status Page for NS1 Connect can be subscribed to in a few different ways:
RSS Feed
Email
Slack Webhook
The RSS Feed and Email can be subscribed to on the Public status page: https://status.ai-apps-comms.ibm.com/ns1connect/
The Slack Webhook must be added in the backend in the IBM Software Customer Communication Center
