Notes and Documents is asking for login credentials.

Troubleshooting


Problem

When a user tries to open a Microsoft document from TRIRIGA, it is redirected to an authenticator user login screen. Is there any way to skip this validation? The business users are unable to open the file the first time.

Symptom

Open a document through Notes and Documents tab in TRIRIGA and the system will prompt to Open or Save the document. When selecting Open it is asking for login credentials.

The Windows Security window will display 3 times. If you enter invalid credentials 3 times the report will open.
