Problem
Non zero return code: 105 in step 97 of 126 in WebSphere step of Intelligent Video Analytics installation.

Diagnosing The Problem
Look in rds_configurator.log for output similar to below.

The NullPointerException indicates an issue that is resolved with WebSphere APAR PM96792, which was delivered in WebSphere fix pack 31.
You can confirm that you are running a fix pack prior to fix pack 31 by reviewing your SystemOut.log

Resolving The Problem
Install "7.0.0.31: WebSphere Application Server V7.0 Fix Pack 31", using the following two links as reference.

Restart the server in order to run WebSphere with the new fix pack, before running the Intelligent Video Analytics installation.
