Problem

When performance testing Citrix applications using IBM® Rational® Performance Tester (RPT), long duration runs can fail for a number of reasons. A long duration test run is a test run that lasts for three hours or longer. To increase the reliability of a long duration test run using the Citrix protocol, perform all of the following steps.

Symptom

A long duration test run using the Citrix protocol fails.
