Problem
Maps that are associated with mobile device applications can be downloaded from Maximo Asset Management and used when the device is not connected to a network. Offline maps are also used when an online map is inaccessible.
Sometimes it seems like the process Starts and yet does not provide a size value. Lets look into this a bit more.
Symptom
Pressing the Estimate Download Size button starts but does not provide further information.
