Problem
Getting "RSV-BBP-0028, The secondary request failed. The requested session does not exist and the secondary request does not contain enough information to recreate the session. Contact your Administrator." when running a report with a prompt interactively after upgrading to Cognos Analytics 11.x.x
Symptom
A report with a prompt worked without problems in 10.2.2. When moved to CA 11.x.x it fails with the following error message:
| "RSV-BBP-0028 , The secondary request failed. The requested session does not exist and the secondary request does not contain enough information to recreate the session. Contact your Administrator." |
after making selections in the prompt page and clicking on the Finish button.
