Troubleshooting
Problem
If a user has never run IBM® Rational® Software Architect (RSA), IBM Rational Systems Developer (RSD) or IBM® Rational® Software Modeler (RSM) on his session, he will not be able to run a comparison from the IBM® Rational® ClearCase Explorer.
Symptom
The user will get the following error message:
xtoolsmgr: Error: Unable to open file "C;\Documents and settings\UserName\Application Data\Rational\TeamServerSharedData\TypeManagerLaunchComm". No such file or directory
