What';s Happening
vCenter triggers an insufficient vSphere HA failover resources alarm.
Troubleshooting
The cluster does not have sufficient resources to allow for the high availability of all VMs.
- Check that all the vSphere ESXi hosts in the cluster are available.
- Provision additional cluster capacity. To do so, refer to the IBM Cloud article Adding ESXi server to vCenter Server instance.
