Question & Answer
Question
How can you prevent an IBM Cloud subscription account from automatically renewing at the end of the term?
Answer
Answer
In accordance with the IBM Cloud Terms of Service, which went into effect on August 1, 2018, 30 days notice is required to request a change from auto-renewal to terminate at the end of the term. Previously, 90 days notice was required.
To request this change, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the IBM Cloud Console.
- Click Support > Add Ticket
Alternatively, you can submit a case using the following URL: https://watson.service-now.com/wcp
Include your IBMid and as much registration information as possible in the case summary and description.
