Troubleshooting
Problem
After starting the Cognos environment, the following symptoms are observed:
1) An ADM-ERR-001 error (Sub-error: 500) when opening My Schedules and Subscriptions
2) When you execute a search, it spins constantly and does not return any results.
Symptom
1) An ADM-ERR-001 error when opening My Schedules and Subscriptions

2) When you execute a search, it spins constantly and does not return any results.
These symptoms are seen in all supported browser types (IE, Chrome, FireFox, Safari, etc.), and for all users in the environment.
