Cannot install via the X-Windows Installer on Linux when attempting to run the Cognos 11.x installer.

You are provided with the error message of:

Graphical installers are not supported by the VM. The console mode will be used instead...

Symptom

- X-Window Installer does not launch
- ASCII install Menu appears.
