Question
When trying to start a Reverse Proxy instance that is a client in a WebSEAL config replication in a Reverse Proxy cluster it fails to start and its message log indicates the error:
HPDCO1054E Could not bind socket to port yyyy, interface x.x.x.x (errno 99)
Where yyyy is the Reverse Proxy listening port and x.x.x.x an IP address
