Post Processing scripts do not work in Faspex after Enterprise Server upgrade to 3.8 or higher version

Problem

In Aspera Faspex, Post Processing scripts stopped working after Enterprise Server upgraded to 3.8+ version on Windows OS.

Symptom

Post-Processing scripts are not working, they are triggered and logged in Faspex but the scripts are not executed.
