Summary
IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus v10 (IIB) provides a 'Switch Server' component for implementing Callable message flows.
Use this process to enable logging of the IIB/ACE Switch Server for the purpose of understanding message processing.
Steps
- Locate the iibswitch logging configuration file:
- ACE v11: {WORK_PATH}/config/{INT_NODE}/{INT_SERVER}/iibswitch/switch/logging.json
- IIB v10: {WORK_PATH}/components/{INT_NODE}/{INT_SERVER_UUID}/iibswitch/switch/logging.json
- Update the logging configuration file to replace 'INFO' with 'DEBUG':
- { "level": "DEBUG" }
- Restart the Integration Server to load the changes and begin switch server logging.
Additional Information
Log file location
The Switch Server log file should be written to {WORK_PATH}/common/log/switch-{YYYY-mm-DD}.log
