Non-admin users intermittently receive "Unable to fetch data ... can not be found in collection of type 'Cellset'" errors when opening views (inside Books) in PAW, caused by APAR PH12306

Troubleshooting


Problem

User refreshes a book. Intermittently, an error appears.
Problem only affects non-admin users.

Symptom

The errors will vary slightly, but generally be similar to:
