Troubleshooting
Problem
When adding the Endpoint URI, user name and password to test a new Computing Resource, getting an error.
Symptom
On clicking the Test Resource button, get one of these errors:
URI: GET https:// myenvironmentname.planning-an
URI: POST https:// myenvironmentname.planning-an
Exit with code 3
OR
Error: myenvironmentname.planninganalytics.ibmcloud.com: myenvironmentname.planninganalytics.ibmcloud.com
Exit with code 12
