Problem
The agent is not able to connect to a configured On Command Unified Manager(OCUM) version 9.x with an error in the data provider log (knu_data_provider_0.log) as SEVERE: Connection_API$ConnectionOpener.call: Exception in API Connection java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect.
