Troubleshooting
Problem
When working with multiple interrelated models or fragments in a team, some particular use cases can lead to broken references inside the models.
This means that the tool can no longer get access to certain elements that are still referenced by currently existing elements, and you will get []unresolved proxy[] errors.
Symptom
When running a model validation you will see:
The feature XXX of element YYY contains an unresolved proxy In diagrams, broken links will be shown with a cross in a circle as below:
