Problem
This technote explains why the Server Busy message, []This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem[], occurs while attempting operations such as Update View ,Check Out , or Get Stream Contents using IBM® Rational® ClearCase® Explorer and Project Explorer.
