Problem
This technote explains how to resolve a java.lang.Exception: 22010 error that can occur when trying to make changes in a user profile on the IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® Web server.
Symptom
When any changes are made to the User Profile (name, email address, phone number, or password) in ClearQuest Web, changes are saved to all the user databases associated (subscribed to the user) with that user, and not just one.
If there are any deleted or unreachable databases that the ClearQuest Web server cannot find, it will throw the following error:
ERROR: java.lang.Exception: 22010: Error saving values for user
