Problem
This technote explains why attempts to install IBM® Rational® Web Platform (RWP) during a Rational ClearCase® installation on UNIX® or Linux® results in the error []fatal: libXt.so.4: open failed: No such file or directory[] found in the ihsv6_install.log.
