Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer wants to create a shared folder where:
- User #1 can see the folder (and its contents)
- User #2 cannot see the folder (and therefore cannot open it, or see its contents).
However, after User#1 creates the folder, User#2 can see it (despite not being given any permissions).
- Why was User#2 able to see/view a folder, when they do not have any permissions on that folder?
Symptom
Imagine a scenario where:
- User #1 launches PAW, and opens 'Shared' folder:

- They create a new folder (inside the 'Shared' folder) for example called 'RC'
- They ensure that 'Inherit Permissions from folder shared' is NOT enabled/ticked:

- After changing the setting to 'Assigned Only' they make sure that there are no users given permission
- TIP: For more details about how they do this, see links at the end of this Technote.
Afterwards, User#2 launches PAW
- Inside 'Shared' folder they can see the folder 'RC'. Why is this?
