Problem

Applications are missing after an upgrade to Maximo 7.6.x, from 7.6.0.0 through 7.6.1.3.

Symptom

In the upgraded environment, the database has the definitions and data for all applications. In the UI:
  • When logging in to Maximo as maxadmin, applications and access rights in Security Groups are missing.
  • The Go To menu is missing applications and modules
  • Start Center Portlets are also missing.
