Troubleshooting
Problem
Non admin users cannot launch FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM) 5.5.2 on Windows 10.
Symptom
The following error appears
"An error has occurred. See the log file C:\Users\...\.eclipse\com.filenet.deployment.rcp.product_6.0.0_1412267790_win32_win32_x86_64\configuration\1559344370465.log"

The log file will contain the following error at the bottom:
