Abstract
Overall Equipment Effectiveness by Site (oeekpi_by_site.rptdesign) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness by Location (oeekpi_by_location.rptdesign) are two reports that are provided out of the box in the Asset application.

It is an Industry Standard Metric in the Manufacturing Field. For the OEE Reports, the production and quality numbers required for this report are stored in the KPIOEE table. There is no UI or application in Maximo® to input the production and quality numbers due to the variety of sources that could hold this data. Therefore, you have a number of options to load this data:
(1) use sql scripts to load data*
or
(2) a data loader to input them to this table*

Additionally, you could configure the report to pull the data directly from an external database instead of storing the values in the KPIOEE Table.
