Maximo Anywhere runtime fails to load with error Accessing the Ping service.

Troubleshooting


Problem

Accessing the MobileFirst Console results in no Maximo Anywhere runtime being found due to a failure access in the ping service.

Symptom

The MobileFirst console will not display the Maximo Anywhere runtime and the MobileFirst logs show the following messaging during start up. 
This may be followed up with the following error upon login to the console
000000c0 RuntimeServic E   FWLSE3002E: The resource is not found.
com.ibm.worklight.admin.common.util.exceptions.SystemException: FWLSE3030E: The runtime "MaximoAnywhere" does not exist in the MobileFirst administration database. The database may be corrupted.
