Spectrum Protect server database restore can fail with ANR2971 SQLCODE -1092

Problem

Restore of the Spectrum Protect Db2 database can fail with the following errors:

ANR2971E Database backup/restore/rollforward terminated - DB2 sqlcode -1092 error.

Symptom

In the dsmserv restore db output you may see the following when the restore fails:

ANR2971E Database backup/restore/rollforward terminated - DB2 sqlcode -1092 error.

You may see the following error in the db2diag.log:
