Troubleshooting
Problem
When publishing a package the following error occurs
BMT-MDC-0001 Unable to publish.
CST-AOM-0001 The specified value 'canUseExploration' is not a valid enumeration value.
CST-AOM-0001 The specified value 'canUseExploration' is not a valid enumeration value.
Symptom
The problem will appear to occur for any package whatsoever
