Problem
Attempts to open a model in IBM Rational Software Architect results in the warning message "Model contains references to the following models that are unavailable".
Symptom
The warning message declares that the model being opened (path to model_name.emx) contains references to models that are unavailable, and then it lists at least one path to another Emax System file (.emx file).
