Unable to open Saved Output for an Active Report using Safari on a Apple iPad mobile device

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users are able to run and view Active Reports interactively when accessing Cognos Analytics 11 from iPad Safari browser however they are unable to open and view saved Active Report output.  No error occurs.  Nothing happens when selecting the output.
