QRadar: WinCollect エージェントが Error code 0x06D9 を表示している

Troubleshooting


Problem

WinCollect エージェントおよびログ・ソースはデフォルト値で構成され、Error code 0x06D9 が Windows device log に表示される。

Cause

WinCollect を Windows XP または Windows 2003 Server で使用する場合は、古いイベント・ログ・ポーリング・プロトコルを使用する必要があります。

Resolving The Problem

この問題を解決するには
  1.  QRadar コンソールにログインします。
  2.  「管理」タブ>「ログ・ソース」をクリックします
  3.  エラーを表示している WinCollect ログ・ソースを見つけます。
  4.  イベント・ログ・ポーリング・プロトコルを MSEVEN6 から MSEVEN に変更します。


結果: 0x06D9 エラーを発生させずにイベントをログに記録できるようになりました。
