Question

The user gets an error when opening a document to view it in the Content Manager® Client for Windows®. For example: DGL5351A: Access denied:: [File name] C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\IBM\Content Manager\WORK\tempFile30739.tif [Access] -1073741824 [Creation] 2 [STATE]:ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.
