Unable to log into Maximo after Rational Token Licensing implementation

Troubleshooting


Problem

After implementing Rational Token Licensing for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1, users are unable to log in.

Symptom

When attempting to log in, you may receive an error on the login screen:
[system:tokennotconfigured]
Errors will also appear in the logs:
Token License: Finding number of token consumed Maximo-Asset-Mgm failed
java.lang.NullPointerException
