Abstract
You are unable to get the IDs for reference documents in the target object store from the solution artifacts in IBM Workflow Center when importing case solutions.

Resolving The Problem
- Export the snapshot as a .twx file from Workflow Center.
- Extract artifacts.sdx from the case folder inside the exported .twx file.
- Rename the artifacts.sdx file to artifacts.zip.
- Log in to the IBM Business Automation Server environment and place the artifacts.zip file in the /home folder.
- In the <bawserver-installation>/CaseManagement/configure folder, run the configuration tool command to generate a data map:
.../configmgr_cl generateObjectStoreDataMap -solutionPackage /home/artifacts.zip -file /home/DataMap_ObjectStore.xml
- Place the DataMap_ObjectStore.xml inside the artifacts.sdx file and repackage the .twx file by using 7-Zip.
- Import the repackaged .twx file into Workflow Center.
- Deploy the case solution from Workflow Center.
