Migrating from Cognos 10.2.x to Cognos 11.x can lead to some users, such as Powerplay users, appearing as Administrators under Licenses

Troubleshooting


Problem

After a migration from Cognos 10.2.x to 11.x, users who are members of the Powerplay User role use up an Administrator License in 11.x
