Administration Console in Cognos Analytics does not load first time: DPR-ERR-2101 Your request was invalid.

Troubleshooting


Problem

When attempting to access the Administration Console in Cognos, users are faced with the following error:
DPR-ERR-2101
After hitting "Retry", users are then able to access the console.

Symptom

Error found in log file:
java.lang.ClassCastException: com.dynatrace.agent.introspection.uem.impl.CacheHookingRequestWrapper incompatible with com.cognos.pogo.http.inprocess.LocalServletRequest
