Introduction
Cloud Pak for Automation automates business operations to improve employee productivity and deliver a better end-to-end customer experience. It offers a unified user experience for consistency across operations, reusable skills and assets that you can share between products, and platform services that drive analytics and insights with operational intelligence.
The platform provides products in three core areas of automation -- content, workflow, and decisions -- and can work with your existing infrastructure. For example, it can support case management at an insurance company by searching files for relevant data, coordinating business processes to complete claims, and applying decisions based on company policies.

Disk space requirements
You need 35-40GB of disk space on your computer to download, unpack, and install the products. The entire solution uses about 15GB when installed. You can delete the downloaded files after you unpack them.
Downloading
Follow these instructions to download your files:
- Go to IBM Passport Advantage Online and use your IBM ID to sign in.
- Select Find by part number in the download finder options.
- Search for your files by using the part numbers that are listed below.
- Download the files to a directory on your computer.
