DataPower Throttler may cause unexpected restart on Linux and Docker Platforms

Troubleshooting

Problem

There is a limitation with the Throttler function on the Docker and Linux Platforms related to the calculation of Used Memory which can result in unexpected restart of the DataPower due to memory throttle.

Symptom

Customers may see unexpected reloads of their DataPower due to out of memory throttle even when the DataPower is not consuming significant amounts of memory. The memory usage from 'show memory' is significantly higher than the memory data for the 'main' task from 'show load'
