Troubleshooting
Problem
Cloud Paks and other Helm charts deployed on IBM Cloud Private 3.1.1 on Red Hat systems might have pods "Blocked" or "Pending" with a message of "Cannot enforce AppArmor: AppArmor is not enabled on the host". This is caused by the Pod Security Policy "ibm-restricted-psp".
