Cannot connect to Controller Web (for example "This page can't be displayed"), caused by corruption inside fcm.web folder, fixed by recreating new/default fcm.web folder

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller Web website (in their browser). The web browser reports that it cannot connect to the website.

Symptom

Different web browsers will give different messages, for example:
