Troubleshooting
Problem
If you run the configuration wizard (dsmicfgx) on the AIX operating system in the Russian locale, the shift key does not work. After you add any text to the text fields, you are unable to type upper case or special characters that require the shift key.
Symptom
The shift key does not work in any of the text boxes. Upper case and special characters cannot be entered in the text boxes.
