Problem
In Tivoli Enterprise Portal (TEP), the Queue Manager Status workspace shows "QueueManager Not Available". MQ Agent log and MQ error logs show messages about failure to load shared "exits" library.
Symptom
ITCAM MQ monitoring agent is configured and started as a user in mqm group. File permissions and agent library path are all verified to be set correctly as per documentation. The queue manager is also running and can be connected using runmqsc. However, the agent is reporting incorrect status in TEP.
