Does IBM provide UNSPSC classification structures with the Maximo product?

Answer

No, IBM does not provide UNSPSC classification data when you purchase Maximo.
We suggest the following methods to get the the UNSPSC classification structures;
1. Use MXLoader. This PDF guide outlines how to use MXLoader to accomplish this (page 17 / section 4.1.4).

Please bear in mind that we do not directly support MXLoader.

2. Go to UNSPSC website ( https://www.unspsc.org/ ) --> download the classification structure in the desired format and then import it into Maximo using the MIF framework.
