Problem
Installing the IBM i Access Client Solutions Windows Application Package (IBM i ACS Win App Pkg) is failing with an error:
"Error 1311. Source file not found: <path_to_install_image>\Image64a\amri2956.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Diagnosing The Problem
This problem is caused by running the IBM i Access Client Solutions Windows Application Package 64bit English Only package install via the cwbinstall.msi. This image will be downloaded from outside of the IBM i Entitled System Support (ESS) website and the download file will be IBMiAccess_v1r1_WindowsAP_English.zip.
The cwbinstall.msi will attempt to install all supported languages, which this package doesn't contain. The amri2956 is the first non-english language file that is attempted to be installed.
Resolving The Problem
This issue can be resolved by using the setup.exe file to install the 64bit English Only package.
The other option, if the cwbinstall.msi is desired to be used, would be to download the full multi-language install package downloaded from the IBM Entitled System Support (ESS) website.
